By installing and using the Midjourney to Google Sheets Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Extension developers regarding your use of the Extension.

2. Description of Service

The Extension is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to:

Export Midjourney AI art data to Google Sheets
Sync prompts, image URLs, and metadata
Organize and manage AI art portfolios
Track prompt engineering workflows

The Extension is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified from time to time.

3. User Eligibility

To use the Extension, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age
Have a valid Midjourney account
Have a Google account with access to Google Sheets
Use a compatible Chrome browser

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Extension.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free Trial:

New users can sync up to 30 records for free
Free trial includes all basic features
No credit card required for free trial

Pro Subscription:

Monthly subscription fee of $9.99
Unlimited sync records
Advanced features and priority support
Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Payment and Billing:

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor
Subscriptions automatically renew each month
You can cancel your subscription at any time
No refunds for partial months or unused periods

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Extension only for lawful purposes
Respect the intellectual property rights of others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Extension
Not use the Extension to violate any third-party terms of service
Maintain the security of your accounts and credentials
Pay all applicable subscription fees for Pro features

You must NOT:

Use the Extension to access unauthorized data
Attempt to bypass any security measures
Use the Extension for commercial purposes without proper subscription
Distribute or redistribute the Extension
Use the Extension to harm or harass others
Share your subscription credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your Midjourney content and data. The Extension only facilitates the transfer of your data and does not claim ownership of your creations.

The Extension is proprietary software. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Extension.

7. Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with third-party services:

Midjourney: For accessing your AI art data
Google Sheets API: For data export functionality
Chrome Extensions API: For browser integration
Payment Processors: For subscription billing

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability:

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

Data Accuracy:

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all exported data will be complete or error-free. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your exported data.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall the Extension developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. Pro subscribers must also cancel their subscription to stop billing.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or fail to pay subscription fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Extension at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Extension.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Extension after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Extension developers are located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
